Seems the traces of blood weren't to do with a period, it was from the stone inside me scratching at the urethra.   The pain in my shoulder settled a couple of days ago.  The pain in the genital area also started to go down too at the same time.  I had increased my intake of milk, yogurt, lemon drinks and bananas.  It's not completely over though.  I don't know if it's the same stone or if it's another trying to pass through.   An hour ago my tinnitus went very loud and I started getting light headed and feeling I was disembodied.  I tried to shake the feeling but it got worse and I began to panic thinking I was going to pass out any second.  My skull feels like it's in a vice, not painful but just the sensation.  My husband told me to drink some water and sit down in case I did pass out.  Even lying down it still continued.  I developed a light headache and migraine auras after it settled, although the tinnitus is still very loud....

 Woke up several times in the night with my right shoulder hurting.  Just been downstairs now to grab a small flapjack and half a cup of milk so I could take a Naproxen.  Tried rubbing Voltarol on the shoulder and also on the left wrist.  I've also noticed what appears to be a rheumatic nodule starting to form on the knuckle of the left thumb.  The shoulder pain is the worst.  This is not the same as the pain in the upper arm.  The front of the shoulder is sore to touch and the joint feels swollen and inflamed.  I can barely move the joint as the pain is too severe.  I tried to raise the arm and I felt resistance as well as too much pain as the arm became level with the shoulder.  I hope when the Naproxen kicks in I can get back to sleep as I'm missing a lot due to this and the tinnitus is super loud that I can hear 2 other pitches in my ears as well as the white noise.  One sounds like a high pitched tone and the other a much loude...

It's been almost 3 months since I noticed symptoms around my genital area.  A feeling of both wetness and dryness, my skin feeling like it's been peeling away and burning like chemical burns, a stabbing irritation below the surface of the skin feeling like something sharp like a razor blade cutting through, bubbling sensations going through the urethra, and tenderness to the vaginal opening.  I've tried various medications, some over the counter and some prescribed, and a number of tests sent to the hospital.  It was confirmed I did have a yeast infection and there was also 2 kinds of bacteria discovered which were all treated for, however nothing has resolved the pain and discomfort I've felt which gradually gets worse as the day goes by and even more when I'm sat upright.
